A little fun

We recently discovered a little Sacramento treasure: Funderland. It is a kids amusement park that is free to get into, you just have to pay for tickets to ride the rides. It was all little kid size rides - and very nice that they got to ride amusement rides that were more their speed and size. Wyatt had NO FEAR. He was sooo excited to go on the roller coaster. Teagan was not so sure so we stayed back and watched. Wyatt had a great time - even put his hands up in the air like Daddy was doing. It was very fun to watch.
This is just a sweet shot of them.
The kids have a fascination with driving lately. They are all about driving their cars or trying to get in my drivers seat to drive the car. This was their chance to drive their very own car.
Why is it the tea-cup ride just makes me want to throw up?!
This was a little fishy ride that was super cute. Teagan loved this ride and had to go on it right away.
They kept talking to one another as they were going around in circles.
Things have slowed down somewhat this month. Both the kids have been healthy (KNOCK ON WOOD!!) for 3-4 weeks now. Wyatt has some on going cough issues that may be a little asthma related, so we are monitoring that. But we have spent two weekends at home (sleeping at home with all 4 of us!) and it has been heaven. So nice to just be at home and relax a little.

Loving the Elmo Sprinkler

It is still a little too cold for the pool - so in the meantime - our latest obsession is the Elmo Sprinkler! They get all "suited up" like they were going in the pool - but just - for the sprinkler. It is too funny.

This is the whole gang hanging out on the couch after dinner. Probably watching a Scooby Doo episode. That is another obsession in our household. Not so much for Travis, but he will watch Scooby Doo over Calliou anyday!

Bike Race

Travis recently participated in a 24 hour relay mountain bike race. One lap (I think!) was like 13 hilly miles around. He was on a team that is sponsored by H.P. All in all, I think he completed 7 laps during the 24 hour period. Good going Daddy! Proud of you. This was the race start/lap marker.

This was Teagan and Wyatt playing in their Daddy's tent. They just loved playing in the tent!
Here was his team set up area.
And here is Travis after a couple of laps! Ugh. So muddy and dusty. But he got to shower....28 hours later!!

Before School

Here are Wyatt and Teagan one morning before Play School.
Of course they have to call their "people" to let them know we are leaving for school now!
Wyatt and Teagan with their G.G.

They are really very fond of our dog Delux these days. It is sort of cute.
